When you installed Windows 10, did you change the default web browser? If not. then Edge is the default and it will load on startup.

Should I uncheck the boxes under the Edge title in CCleaner?
I would leave them. It shouldn't hurt anything, and Microsoft might still decide to have Edge rear its ugly head again from time to time.
