Microsoft Message
Seems every time I go on You tube I get a pop up that claims it is from Microsoft and it requests my ID and password. I don't give that information and accept or cancel are the options . I am unable to click out of it and if I click cancel, I just get another pop up just like it, but with a phone number to call. The only way I can get rid of it is to go to task manager and shut it down. Is this really from Microsoft? I scanned for a virus or malware with Malware Bytes but nothing is found. Help please.
Thanks

Sorry, Fink. The instructions are too complicated for this old gal. Thought someone would know if it was a legitimate message from Microsoft or not.
Thanks anyway.

No, that message is not from Microsoft. You could try a different browser, however, you really should try to get the malware off of your computer. Who knows what else it is doing with your data right now.
