ThinkPad X1 carbon disable power internal battery to replace SSD

    Dear Experts

I want to change SSD for ThinkPad X1 carbon to a bigger size , I need to disable power for the internal battery first

    I tried to follow (pressing F1) :

    https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/solutions/pd025206

Select Config -> Power. The Power submenu is displayed.
    F1 didn't work for me, I pressed Enter then F1 then Ctrl + S

But I can't get to the Config option ,,,,I am not sure why that is happening ?

Please see the snapshot what i am getting

    Thx

That is not the BIOS setup menu, it is the boot menu. Try the following link to get into the BIOS setup. Post the version of Windows you are using.
