Bit Locker Encryption
I am looking to encrypt the whole of my laptop hard drive and wondered if Bit Locker is worth using? I want to lock down the documents I have on here and also add a boot secure option where you have to add a password before you can log on.
Does Bit Locker allow you to use a boot option and is it any good for encrypting folders or the whole drive?
Thank you for any advice

Bitlocker info:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitLocker
Bitlocker encrypts entire disk volumes. It can be set to require a password before booting. As to whether it is worth using, you should read the article at the link above to decide that.
