    3 monitors not working

I'm trying to get my work PC with Windows 7 to work with a 3rd monitor. 2 have been working fine.
On the MB is a VGA and DMI out put. I purchased a new card that has two DP's and one DMI as a dual set up. When I hook up any configuration of 3, one of them will say not connected.
I didn't find anything in the bios. The PC "sees" the 3rd monitor and shows disabled. When I enable it, the other monitor will not display.
I only have one PCI slot BTW.

    The card I installed was:
NVIDIA Quadro 2000 by PNY 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express Gen 2 x16 DVI-I DL and Dual DisplayPort OpenGL, Direct X, CUDA and OpenCL Profesional Graphics Board, VCQ2000-PB

Do I need a card that does all three on one card or is it the MB limiting the 3 monitors?

What motherboard do you have? Some with onboard video allow both it and an add-in card to be used simultaneously, some do not. A video card with 3 simultaneous monitor capability would solve the issue.

    Possible options:

    Quadro 2200 (4 monitors)

The Quadro 2000 only allows 2 monitors at a time.

    Display Support:
    # of Digital Outputs 3 ( 2 out of 3 active at a time )

I did realize that when I plugged in the card that the MB outputs were disabled. Wish I would have known that earlier. I have a new card already, waiting for time to shut things down and install. Should run all 3 on line card.

    Thanks

FWIW, Amazon has USB-to-HDMI, USB-to-DP, USB-to-VGA, etc. that work pretty well.
