SEAMONKEY
Seamonkey does not allow me to play Netflix movies because it will not let me install Silverlight. I like Seamonkey because email is built it but are they
ever going to upgrade Seamonkey so It can do what other browsers do???

Silverlight was a Microsoft product that has been discontinued. You can still get it, but it is no longer in widespread use or being developed. It was never available for SeaMonkey, and now it probably never will be. It has been discontinued from other browsers that did have plugins for it as well.

If Netflix is still using it, eventually they will have to switch to something else, like HTML5.

Netflix already transitioned to HTML5 a while ago. Looks like you need to spoof the UserAgent info to get it to work on SeaMonkey:
