    Avast Anti-Virus

I ran Avast AV and it didn't find any viruses. Under performance issues, it broken registry items and system junk. I attached screenshots of these different categories that it found. I don't have Avast premium version to resolve them using Avast. Should I be concerned with these issues? If so, is there a way to fix them without upgrading to Avast premium?

Try using "Registry", "Cleaner" and possibly "Tools" in CCleaner.

I also use Avast and it gave me that warning as well. I chose to ignore it completely especially the registry and slowdown messages. I never use ANY so called registry cleaner because they are more likely to do damage than fix anything and the things that Avast said were slowing down my computer were pretty much all things that were necessary to run it with programs I use regularly.

If you open the AVAST user interface you can uninstall the component that gives those warnings. I have done that.. it's not part of the paid-for version. See pic below.

I do use CCleaner often to clear out junk and temp folders.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

    SpywareDr, thanks for that info.

Fink, I uninstalled that component. Your image attachment helped. I appreciate it. Thanks.
