My windows 10 acting up today

went to click on my 4 digit pin to open up the 'start screen today' from a cold start , and accidentally typed it in wrong..

and the windows 10 platform (1803/17134 ) gave me a 7 minute wait time( please wait) .. with circling arrows on a blue screen it then opened and when I clicked in the pin the machine now it said 'are you sure ?" then I went thru a a whole series of passwords logins and change pin to my same one .. and now when the software opened the screen desktop I found out there was now another user in my C: / users / DefaultUser1 and this then opens a series of repeat desktop folders and each folder held zero contents i never one of the 8 odd yellow folders .

I then deleted - it said, as it was deleting,, there was over 540 items . .so I then 'rescued' the folders from recycle and then I find out that some or most of my program or desktop properties .. logins require an administer! which I used to have DE-activated last year.. and now it re-appears!!

    there is a ghost in my windows 10 ( me! ) ..

so whats going on? & what is to be done next? .. and also... how again to I get full administrative on my own PC ???( with pin) ...
such a Pain and for good reason I still run my windows XP and 7 ...

That sounds like Windows 10 "helpfully" created a new user account for you when you incorrectly entered your access code, instead of telling you that it was incorrect. What happens if you shut down and re-boot, then log in to your previous user account?

didn't bother .. ran fix me stick for a number of hours and it came up clean and the reboot was normal .. don't see any evidence on top but may have files within that should /maybe be deleted .
