Alot of Errors in Event Log - Event ID 10016

After finding an issue with my son computer and running the Windows Event Log, I was able to resolve his computer issue by updating this wifi driver.

So I decided to look at my event log and notice hundred if not thousand of this error in my event log.
I search the net for a what this is and how to resolve it, but I can not find anything that explain clearily what this is and the step by step to resolve it, does not match up with what they are showing and what I have. Can anyone tell me what this is and what I need to do to fix it?

The only problems I have been experience is system lockup. every few days. but don't know if this is what is causing the lockup. Oh also been having issues with the Ethernet and having to do a reset. Something about the DNS...
