    WIN 10 UNINSTALL FOLDER

    rund1132.exe.she1132.dll,Control_RunDLL appwiz.cpl

If you type the above into a new folder by right click on the
desktop and click new shortcut an uninstall program will appear.
I did it but I am not sure how it works. The screen it brings up
is new to me. Does this really work.

    First of all, it's not rund1132 and she1132, it's RUNDLL32 and SHELL32.

You're basically creating a shortcut to the Programs and Features Control Panel applet.

Why are you trying to create a shortcut to that anyway?
