Resolved [RESOLVED] should I take error messages with a grain of salt?

trying to locate and look at my AMD video settings on windows 10 but get the error message ( see insert) that no AMD graphics driver is detected , yet my device manager shows different ..

I run a Driver toolkit software and reinstall drivers to success but still see the error message displayed here beside my device manager settings ..

who should I believe?/ and why? and how?

    thanks

It sounds like Windows is using a generic video driver. Didn't you install the AMD Crimson drivers? Look at the Drivers tab.

You didn't say if it's 32 or 64 bit Windows. If this is the computer in your signature, then you should state that.

I don't recommend "Driver toolkit" or any other maintenance software like that.
