Wonky sfc /scannow

I think this is the first time I've run this.

At the I had a message
"Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

I can't post the 2million-character log above 50,000 characters, and the attachment utility refuses to upload it, because it's 2.8 MB. Are there particular portions I can post?

Just the section that contains the list of corrupt files it can't fix would be nice...

Is there something on our pc that isn't working well?

Nothing in particular, but I've never done it before. Little things go wrong and I usually choose to ignore them till I have time or ignore them altogether.

Actually dozens of files have been replaced.

I searched the text for COULD NOT and got this. I'm not concerned about cursor and sound files. There are a few dll.mui files mixed in. My eyes have gone buggy and I'm getting a migraine.
