Googled,but can't find key combo to turn on Bluetooth.
Lenovo Ideapad
S210
Pentium CPU 2127U
1.90 GHz
4.0 GB. Memory
64 bit system
Windows 10

Apparently, this is an issue with that model:

Try Fn+F3 to turn on the wireless connection.

Isn't the network controller part of the chipset? If so, shouldn't he install the chipset driver?

Nope, I don't think so. Network controller would be a wifi or Ethernet adapter. The Ethernet is already installed.
But of course, you'd want to install the chipset drivers anyway.

Okay. I was just checking to be sure. And you're right, chipset drivers should be installed in order to take care of other things that might pop up as exclamation points in Device Manager.

Thanks for all your help.
I finally fixed the problem.
When i tried to install the Bluetooth driver & it wouldint install & said to turn on Bluetooth i selected the fn & f2 or f3 key & it installed & now it has wifi.
