Question on ads and FF 64 bit

My brother and I play games on the same website. This website runs because of ads that we are supposed to allow, but will run if we use an ad blocker on the token games page, but not on the main site. Brother says he has no ads on the main site because he has FF 64 bit (don't know his version other than it's 55), and his ad blocker is turned off.
On my laptop I also have FF 64bit ver. 55.03 and ad blocker turned off but, i still get the ads running while trying to play the games. The site is:
    pch.com

Any idea why the difference in the two setups. I'm using U origin and I think he's still using Adblocker+; though, he says that's disabled.

According to this - FLASH must also be enabled:

    Cookies must be enabled.

Both are enabled on my computer. Flash is what makes the games play because they are created with flash. But if I disable flash the games won't even play.

It's the ads I am concerned with now. If I enable U origin, the games won't play, but if I disable U origin, I get ads.

But as I said, brother says his ad blocker is disabled but he doesn't have any ads. And knowing his experience, I'm sure flash and cookies are enabled.

Don't forget that with uBlock Origin, you can Ctrl+Click to disable/enable on specific pages. Just plain old clicking disables/enables the entire domain.

What version of uBlock Origin are you using? There have been some problems with 1.14.4, so many users have reverted back to 1.13.8 and then disabled automatic updates.
