Oh, I thought you meant for the notification message, not all text.

I think you mean Display Scaling.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Thanks I'll fix that soon as I get done talking to my niece, who's in Arkansas.

Btw, does Windows 10 have to be activated? I couldn't find anything about that while I was setting it up.

Yes, but it was probably activated already because it's an OEM install.

    Right-click Start > System
Windows activation is at the bottom

    Thanks Midknyte.

I got Ublock Origin installed and text increased in size.

Later this week, probably on the weekend, that's when the hard part starts. Me teaching him how to use a computer. LOL

    Will do Train. Thanks.

I told him last night when he got home what I'd done. He thanked me for increasing the text size. He said if I couldn't read it, he probably wouldn't be able to either.

To make it larger in Firefox
    Ctrl+ makes it larger
    Ctrl - makes it smaller

Comes in handy at times and it seems to be remembered just for that site too.

Yes, I know how to change text size in FF. I have mine set to 160% right now.

I was referring to the text on the desktop of his little computer.

How would I setup my wifi printer on his little computer?

I don't think the Epson has bluetooth, but only wifi. He wants to be able to print things but he doesn't have a printer and I told him we could set up his computer to print to my Epson. It's connected to my desktop via wifi right now.

I tried yesterday to set it up on this laptop and couldn't for the life of me, remember how to do that.

What's the model number of the printer? Did you already download the drivers?

Assuming both the printer and computer are on the same network, you should be able to just run the Epson installer files and it would detect the printer. That would be the easiest way.

Otherwise, you could do a local printer install and then add a network port. The instructions are for Win7, but they're pretty similar.

It's a WorkForce WF-2750 and I have the install disk. It's practically a new printer, only a few months old.

But his computer doesn't have dvd drive. I guess I could just download the drivers to a flip disk on my laptop, then install on his from that.

It would be best to download the latest drivers anyway.

Okay, I agree but I will download from the desktop. I got the heatsink/fan in today, and need to just put the computer back together.
