    Free Antivirus cover

    Hi,
    I thought I had cover with AVG but Im thinking they just give a months free trial
    these days so dont think Im covered

    Would you advise any other protection .... pref free ..... ?

    At moment Im doing a full scan with superantispyware once a week

    Ive got malwarebytes too

    thanks for the list but I suspect a lot of the ... free.... mean a month trial like AVG
    any chance of a recomendation of a truly free.... good .... antivirus ?

    You could just use the built-in Windows Defender.

    AVG has a full time free version. You probably downloaded it but accidently selected the "let me try the full version first" option.

    no I would nt do that but right now despite everything I try, Im
    railroaded into the pay version !

    Use the Geek uninstaller and clean out everything AVG puts in the regs.
