[RESOLVED] Cannot turn off Airplane Mode
Dell XPS 13 Windows 10 laptop computer is set to Airplane Mode, showing airplane in the task bar and no wifi logo. Go to "Network Settings" and no wifi network is detected. (Wifi is working on iPads). Airplane Mode selection shows it as on, but it will not toggle to off, clicking on it leaves it in the "on" condition. Turning Bluetooth on/off works, so it's not a mouse problem. Computer is useless if we cannot go online, so how do I turn airplane mode off and connect to the wireless?

Check to make sure that the WiFi transceiver is not turned off:
Press and hold down the Fn key, then press the F2 key. Repeating this will toggle the wireless antenna Off and On.
If that fails, check out this link:

You are the man. I disabled the network adapter, enabled it again, and the problem is solved. Thanks for the help.
