    google voice

I don't like the idea that a business/company can see your name and phone number when contacted by phone. They still receive your name and phone number if your phone number is unlisted or you attempt to block your info, prior to calling. I never used google voice. Is there a way that I can call a company where I am completely anonymous, perhaps using google voice or some other technology that may be available?

Your friend set up his Tracfone with his information. That does not mean that you have to do that. You may need to set up an anonymous e-mail address for this purpose.

I use *67 to selectively block my ID being shown when I use my home phone and my cell phone. Not sure if it's a service that's universally offered but here in Canada it's common.
