Is there any way to find out why my internet connection is so slow?
I subscribe with Telmex to 2 m/bps but the small print says 'up to' so legally it could be anything up to 2.
Complaining won't do me any good but I'd like to know what's responsible for the occasional huge slowdown.
Can it be traced?
