That menu you listed looks like a UEFI BIOS menu. Post the make and model of the computer that you are getting this on.
If it is a UEFI BIOS menu, then pressing F9 for the boot menu should get you to a menu that will allow you to actually select Boot from CD/DVD drive, which is what you want.

I have an HP desktop computer about 3 years old. I need to know how I can get into the boot menu to boot up the clonezilla program. All I seem
to get is the start up menu that does not boot my disc. Also how do I get into the menu where I can changre the boot start up order?

Somewhere on that computer there should be a sticker or label with the specific model number. We need that to be able to tell you how to get into the BIOS and boot from the CD/DVD drive.
