    WAB

    What ho one and all,

Having successfully managed to get a new group into WAB without entering every individual name / address, I now have a different, slightly annoying issue.

    AddressBook1 (Small).jpg AddressBook2 (Small).jpg

Within WAB/ Main Identity , I have the groups as shown in AddressBook1.jpg. But when actually creating an e-mail and I click on To: the address box that opens (AddressBook2.jpg) does not display all the groups.

How do I get all the groups to display?

Additionally, in WAB / Main Identity, the top of the tree is 'Shared Contacts.' At the moment, this only has one, very old entry that I have deleted but am unable to delete the Shared Contact folder. What is the secret to getting rid of it?

    Toodle pip and thanks

    Rex

Unfortunately, Windows Address Book is old technology, and there is not much information on it still available. You may just have to experiment with it to see what you can do. Also, if you are using it with Outlook Express, that introduces another potential layer of compatibility issues.

Many thanks; more information than I know what to do with!

I will have a 'play around' and will probably be able to solve it.
