    video player/image viewer/pdf viewer

I was using daum potplayer video player on my win xp pro pc. I have win 10 pro now. On daum's website, the OS requirements say 8/8.1, 7, vista, xp, which is below. Can I download and install this on win 10 system or is there another link that is win 10 compatible?

Also, I was using vueprint pro on my win xp pro pc. They now offer the pro version for free. The link is below. I am not using win 10. On that link, it says " If you're using Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista or 64-bit XP, you might need to turn off Data Execution Protection (DEP) for VuePrint." What is DEP and why would I need to turn it off to use this program? Is this a good viewer or is there a better freeware viewer out there?

I was always using pdf-xchange viewer on my win xp pro pc. I see that firefox and chrome have built-in pdf viewers in their browsers. I just downloaded and installed the pdf-xchange viewer. Is there any advantage to using another pdf viewer or would the built-in pdf viewers in the browsers be sufficient?

If it runs on Win8.1, it should run fine on Win10.

    Here's info on DEP: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/wind...f-dep-windows/
It's your call if you want to disable it or not. I don't use Vueprint.

Other people recommend Faststone, so you might want to try that instead.

I prefer a standalone pdf reader. If you want to use a browser, that's your preference.

pdf-xchange viewer.does still come in handy. Say when you have complicated bank statements, as the browser will not print some parts of them.
Download, open in pdf-exchange, make your adjustment and print everything.

Faststone image viewer i have been using for years. Highly recommend it.

I don't use any additional image viewers. The basic Windows Photo Viewer is good enough for me.
