[RESOLVED] Moto 4G plus update problem
I have just received an update notification to update my OS to Android 7.0 Nougat. I do not want to update to this version but cannot get rid of the popup notification. The only choices are: "No maybe later" or "Yes I'm in"! Is there any way to get rid of this notification? It keeps popping up all the time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Brian

You can try going to Google Services Framework and Uncheck "Show notifications". And then reboot the phone.

Unfortunately none of this solves the problem. Is Android 7.0 Nougat safe for my Moto 4G plus smart phone. If so I will update it just to get rid of this annoying popup!

Yes update as it is to take care of a couple serious security flaws in the kernel.
I updated my Linux computers back in December, and the phones in EARLY January.

Train,
Thanks for the advice. I updated to Nougat and so far everything is fine.
Thank you to all for your help,
