I purchased a Samsung laptop several years ago and it has been an excellent PC for me. Unfortunately, I am evidently reaching the end of the battery's life. When I contacted the vendor about a replacement, I was told that the only way to replace the battery is to send the laptop back to Samsung and have them do the replacement. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? I use this laptop every day and would hate to be without it for however long it would take to change the battery. Any help would be appreciated.
