Those links mention similar errors with DCOM guid 1B562E86-B7AA-4131-BADC-B6F3A001407E. One of them mentions updating the video drivers.

https://www.microsoft.com/technet/su...DCOM&LCID=1033
I followed these instructions
The edit String was C:\users\my name\Appdata\local\microsoft\onedrive\17.3.6720.1207\filecoauth.exe
Properties File Version 17.3.6720.1207
Company Microsoft
https://www.microsoft.com/technet/su...16&EvtSrc=DCOM
I then followed these instructions but I coudnot locate the program by its "friendly name" , what is the friendly name/
I then checked device manager. There is a yellow triangle with a ! in it, This device cannot start Code 10, Status_Device_Power Failure.
I then desabled the device and rebooted. This time it went into the screen with 4 windows and the rotating circle of dots, it then goes into a picture screen with the date and time. and stayed on that screen for over an hour and finally went into the login screen.

Both of the links appear to be dead right now.
So you're getting a Code 10 on Onedrive in Device Manager?
If you want to get rid of Onedrive:

Are you using a Microsoft account or a local account? I always use a local account.

Friendly name is the name of the executable, instead of the clsid.
C:\users\my name\Appdata\local\microsoft\onedrive\17.3.6720.1207\filecoauth.exe
