Win 98 drivers
I just installed Win 98 and the CD rom does not work. In device manage I see Stardard Dual PCI IDE Controller with a yellow mark. I tried to refresh
it. Nothing happened then I removed it and restarted my computer. Came back with yellow mark still there. Does the Win 98 install CD have the drivers
built it or how can I get them. I have no CD or USB working. What can I do?

Your reference article is just to complicated for me to do so I decided to install windows 7 prof. I had previously used a win 98 start up floppy to
format the hard drive but now when I attempt to install win 7 it says must be installed to a partition format NTFS. How can I format the hard drive
to NTFS? so I can install win 7.

I has a windows XP install cd. To my surprise it formatted my hard drive to NTFS so I was able to install Windows 7.
Thanks for the help.

Your Windows 7 disc would have done the same thing, as detailed in the links I posted.
