why does win 10 update give XP SP3 updates?
Been a few time now when I go to settings to check updates for my Windows 10 I Get windows XP sp3 updates added.. wonder Why?

It says OFFICE XP SP3, not Windows.

that's right to ! .., I installed my xp office disc program on top of installed windows 10, so I could use free version of word and excel to use with my windows 10.. either way the updates never go thru ..2016-11-16 (1).png

Do you actually want to install Office XP SP3? If not, just hide the update.
Office XP is not officially compatible with Win10. I would have installed LibreOffice instead.

No I just this officexp for opening and viewing word (& excel) .. or to create .xml/ .doc .. My win10 laptop has office 2013..
just have to find now where to turn off this update for the future.
