Resolved [RESOLVED] looking for WP expertise

we recently hired a third party to rewrite my business' frontpage (yes, frontpage!) site in wordpress. the site was rewritten and is up and running. we're now into the 30-day post-contract's "i'll help with any questions you have" area.

i was wondering if anyone knows of any good wordpress forums that i can use after this period is over?

    thanks in advance,

    terry

ps: i'm unclear about how wordpress "works". i used my ftp client to download the wordpress site files to my local drive but see no html files anywhere. only a lot of php and java. does wordpress generate html files on the fly?

    thanks, lady.

i'm aware of their support site. i'm looking for something akin to virtualdr where i can ask questions that aren't so cut-and-dry.
