Have you tried a different video cable to the monitor? Or just unplugging and re-plugging the existing one a few times? The contacts on the connectors can become dirty/corroded and cause problems like that.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

If the cable is not the issue (check that first), it could be either a power supply for the monitor going bad - try another one if it is an external brick - or it could be a backlight going bad.

Video cable at the monitor end is fixed & could not be detached.
Hence could not try with an alternate one
On the cpu side, i had detached, cleaned & refixed many a times already.

Power supply thro an external stepdown transformer & will try with an alternate one if available.

What is ' backlight going bad '/

Could it be an issue with my ram, Fan, Battery or motherboard?

Thanks fink & jdc2000 for your time
