Resolved [RESOLVED] wrong file association in windows 10

this is wat i did ...

i installed a instrument from tone2, now in the pack that i have downloaded was a file called .t2k
and windows ask me how to open this ... i pointed to fruityLoops 12 (wat was wrong).

now i want to remove this file association but it don't let me ...

i went to settings/system and reset the default apps

but now in windows explorer i see that the file is still associated with fruityLoops...

how can i remove this file association ?

with other words : i need to unassociate this .t2k file so that it is nomore linked to fruityLoops12

    thanks in advance

Sorry for the double post here , but i see that i can't Edit my post there is only a reply button ...
So wat i want to say is I Have SOLVED the problem.

i Went to regedit and deleted everything that has to do with the file .t2k
it was there ad 2 locations,
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes

i restarted the computer and when i go to the dir where this file .t2k is then i see it have no icon from fruityLoops anymore
    it was a blank square

so i hope problem is solved.
