What Video Adapter are you using - is it an add-in card or an on-the-motherboard adapter? You need to install drivers for that to be able to change your display properties.

Sorry Sir I thought already I forgot something
ok here it is I use a Nvidia gforce 4 GTX550 ti card
and when I go to the configscreen and to manager then I see in the display settings that is not Banq v2400w ,
it is a standard screen.
so I need the drivers , have been looking everywhere since 2 day's before I came here ,
and can't find the real drivers even on the benq website...

Benq driver downloads may be available at the link below:
http://www.benq.us/support/downloads
However, if you do not have the option of using the 1920 x 1200 resolution, which should be the native resolution for that monitor, then you may still have a driver issue with your video adapter.
Did you install the motherboard chipset drivers from the manufacturer on your system after you reinstalled Windows? Without those, you may still have issues.
Post a screen capture from Device Manager that shows your Monitor and Video Adapter information, or use something like Belarc or Aida32 to detect your hardware and post the info from that here.

Sorry Sir , it's not working (no download when you click the download link then you get a pdf file ,
not a install exe or driver...
I don't have any issue in the device manager.
or a question mark I only don't see the display ... (it is like it is removed from list)

Benq did not list any monitor drivers available for that model, which is not unexpected.
Did you try using Belarc or Aida32 to try to detect your hardware and monitor?
What display resolutions are available when you try to adjust the screen resolution?
If the only issue is that Benq does not show in Device Manager, but everything else is working as it should, that would only be a relatively minor annoyance.

Do you have Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 installed also? Right-click on Computer and select Properties. The windows that appears should show whether Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 is installed.

If you didn't install the correct video card drivers, THAT is the problem, not the monitor drivers. Video card drivers control the resolution and colors that are sent to the monitor.
Nvidia gforce 4 GTX550 ti card
Double-check the model.
Are you running 32 or 64 bit Windows? You need to install the driver that matches your OS.
You can download the drivers here:

I'm now on the site from Nvidia and I'm doing a gpu search .

Autoscan Failed
There was a problem automatically scanning your system.
Please try again or use the manual search.

Don't autoscan. Choose the specific model of your video card.
You said you have a "Nvidia gforce 4 GTX550 ti card". I'm guessing you mean a GeForce GTX550 Ti (not a Geforce4).
Product Type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce 500 Series
Operating System: Windows 7 32-bit
Then click "Search"
This is the one I found:
http://www.nvidia.com/download/drive...x/107559/en-us
GeForce Game Ready Driver
Version: 372.90 WHQL
GeForce GTX 590, GeForce GTX 580, GeForce GTX 570, GeForce GTX 560 Ti, GeForce GTX 560 SE, GeForce GTX 560, GeForce GTX 555, GeForce GTX 550 Ti, GeForce GT 545, GeForce GT 530, GeForce GT 520, GeForce 510
If that still doesn't work, verify your video card model with GPUZ.
