Sounds like either a setting issue, play back vs speakers.
R-click your speaker and select Playback device.
I have to do that and either select speakers , head phones or USB output..
Right Click on the Speaker icon in the System tray
Click "Playback Devices"
Select which device you wish to use and then click "Set as Default"

Have done that, getting no audio then. Got any other idea?

Be sure they ain't slipped a audio program in on you other than the windows one.

Found a loose connection when I disassembly it. Now the audio is working through speaker. Thanks.
