[RESOLVED] Windows 10 Display Settings
Every time I get my settings - text size and all of that - set up just right, they are gone by the next boot up.
Does this have something to do with not syncing with a Mircrosoft account - which I prefer not to to do?
Made Firefox the default browser and that seemed to work up until a couple more shut downs.
It's aggravating to have to keep doing the settings over and over again in vain.
This is on a new Lenovo G70 laptop.

"Display" settings?
Are you referring to web browser settings, or the actual video driver settings? More details would be helpful. Where are you changing these settings?

Nothing to do with the syncing garbage.
!. The idiot who wrote the webpage may have set the font, icon sizes. I find holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel sometimes overcomes that mess.

I am referring to the computer settings - but they are also effecting the browser. I get there thru Display>Advanced Display Settings>"Change only the text size"
I do have a custom scaling factor set up.
Then when I have to reboot Firefox has reverted back to small fonts on the menu bar. I have a minimum font size set in options so the actual page is ok, it's just that Windows keeps changing all of the settings I have in Advanced Display.
Thanks.

The Firefox issue is completely separate from the Windows display settings issue.
Possibly (but not probably) useful links:

The question is similar but there doesn't seem to be a definite answer to this.

This is from one of those links:
"If you changed the DPI scaling level settings to anything other than the default 96 DPI (100%), you will not be able to change the text size of items."
Maybe that's my problem.
