For both printers, HP says to use the built-in drivers. If HP doesn't make a full feature driver, then no one will.
This document is for HP printers that do not have a full feature HP driver for Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.

I am moving and crt monitor to a win 98se computor. It is
a CTX VL 700. I have the install file on a floppy drive. When
I unzip it all the files showing do not install the monitor.
How can I fix this?
ALSO:
I went to the HP site for print drivers and it does not give me
a driver to download.

I have two computers. One one I never tried to install my printer. On the other I used the driver
disc that came with the printer. On the first computer the HP printer site worked great. On the other
computer since I had tried to install a driver from the old CD it would not install a driver telling me to go to
device manager to update the driver. That did not work. The only way I can get the HP site to work is to
completely get rid of the bad driver. But how do I do That?

RESOLVED I finally got both printers installed by using the HP site and using HP printer install Doctor.
Thanks for all the advice.
