The Equivalent of PhotoShop 7 ?
I am assuming that PhotoShop7 is not designed for Windows10, as I cannot seem to install it . Can someone tell me what version of PhotoShop that would be the equivalent PhotoShop 7 ? Thanks much................

Probably the cloud version.
Did you try setting it up to use in compatibility mode?
Read this:

If that does not work, you can buy Photoshop Elements 14 and it works in Windows 10:
From Adobe's FAQ
Are Elements applications supported on Windows 10?
Yes. The latest versions, Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14, are compatible with Windows 10.

Just for your information, I wouldn't have suggest Elements had I not been using it since version 5 came out. I now have version 14. I upgrade very time they bring a new one out. And it's a lot cheaper than cloud or the software version of Photoshop. I paid $57 for the latest version.
It basically does everything and then some of what Photoshop 7 can do.

You didn't say if you are using a digital camera or photos taken by smart phone or tablet. If by off chance it's an Apple or Android device, Snapseed by Google is free for both and can do a shocking amount of work on photos. The only photo (yes singular) I take by actual camera anymore is the family Christmas photo via tripod (where I am in it.) Everything else is from a Apple or Android portable device. I will never again export any photo to a computer from now on for editing...

I guess that works for smart phones but my Pentax DSLRs, all five of them, aren't smart phones that is why I use Elements.
