    Have you tried re-installing Windows?

    Did you check Event Viewer for errors?

    That is definitely sounding like an OS installation issue.

    Will try reinstalling.
    Did you reinstall Windows or not? Like I said, it's not a driver problem if you can't even run .exes.

    Probably a finger print on the dvd messed things up..Had that happen a couple times.
