Locked out of my Laptop . HELP!
I have a Toshiba laptop that's a couple years old. I rarely used it because I disliked Win8.1. After leaving it shutoff for about 6 months, I went to fire it up & it won't recognize my password. In the reset PW option, it asks for a disk of which I do not have. Any suggestions? Thanks.....
