Did you try installing the Ricoh MemStick reader Win7 drivers?

If that doesn't work, then we'll have to find Win10 drivers for the RICOH R5U2xx (R5U230 / R5U231 / R5U241) Card Reader.

I'm assuming you're running 64-bit Windows, since you have 8GB of RAM now.

Untitled.jpgI got the Base System Device win 7 driver to download from Sony, RICOH R5U2xx (R5U230 / R5U231 / R5U241) Card Reader.
so it's just the Unknown device that has the yellow warning now but PCI-ZPortable doesn't show the unknown device it's now clear.

Make sure to save those drivers in case you need to reinstall Windows.
