WIN 10 BAD INSTALL

I have an HP 6000 PRO DC E6600 DESKTOP. Out nowhere Win 10 installed itself. Everything worked expect my internet connect which I make
through an NEC flash drive plug in. I tried to fix it but the computer restarted and asked for my password which I put in. Then it says wrong password
and I cannot get in Win 10. I would like to get into UPDATE & SECURITY AND GO TO RECOVERY to get rid of this terrible win 10. Can I get into
safe mode and remove win 10. How do I get into safe mode F8 and F2 did not do it. How can I fix this.
