Aomei system backup problem

I backuped up my system. I have an external hd F drive from the computer icon and I clicked on it and I saw system backup and I clicked on it and open from the computer icon when I saw that windows 7 can't open the file.

I don't use Aomei, but you normally need to use the original backup app to browse the backup file. Open Aomei and see if you can browse the .adi file from there.
