transfer over iphone 5 to xp PC
My wife's iphone 5 has over 900 photos and 14 videos .. eating up most of her 16Gb memory looking desperaltey to figure out how to transfer over to m yPC..
Icloud even though logged in doesn't give any on screen help, except for help sections looking for the import button .
my selected scanners and camera through control panel can't find the usb'd iphone hooked up that has been verifed by trusting the PC
have turned off any type of locked mode on the iphone so it is not sleeping or dark screen ..
in the ol days we could just plug in and transfer .. has this changed ?
is there another easier way to save me a trip to the Apple store ?
