Hi, DELL laptop is also a reliable laptop. I have been using it everyday for about 4 years now. Mine is not the latest model but it has a great performance. But then, I would also suggest a Lenovo laptop brand since it could best meet a student needs and good also for gaming. I'll be purchasing one for my daughter soon.

I noticed the new entries in this thread last night, and suggested to my daughter that she might want to place a "Resolved" on the thread. She promptly told me two things: 1) She didn't know of the possibility to place a "Resolved" on the thread, and 2) I had started the thread, she had not. She then sympathized with me about the 'age thing'.
Sorry, folks. I'll get it done.
