Malwarebytes is getting quite expensive. Is there any free Malware

Well, following Broni's lead, Mbam, Adwcleaner, and Junkware Removal tool, together make for the best cleaning I have been able to do.

I installed mbam free. Run it about weekly.
Now the other two do not install, but you have to down load them each time as the are updated for downloading but do not update while running. I generally do that each week too.

Mbam will be the best , but I concider all 3 as one good tool.

bleeping computer is the ONLY place were I get Adwcleaner and the Junkware Removal Tool,

There is no one perfect tool, that is why we use all 3 to get the nasties.

Mbam is an abbreviation for Malwarebytes. It, of course, can be d/l'd from it's own manuf web site.

Worth noting is that I'm not aware of anything nearly as good as malwarebytes that runs in real time. Most good a/v's have some measure of similar protective layers as Mbam but not quite as thorough.

There are other alternatives to keep your computer as safe as possible in real time.. eg- NoScript as a browser add-on.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

NO. Spybot was mediocre even when it first came out.

Malwarebytes does make a free program called anti-exploit that runs in real time and offers protection to your browsers being taken over by malware. I use it on my PC's.
