Migrating HDD to SSD

Hello,

My laptop has a 320 gb hdd with about 100 gb of used space. I have a 250 gb SSD I would like to clone to. Is this possible?

Yes it is possible. Make sure to clean out as much temp and other junk files first. The SSD might come with migration software. However, you could use something like Acronis TrueImage to backup the HD and restore to the SSD.

Make sure to disable defragmenting after the migration also.
