    Faulty Picasa 3?

    When I open Picasa 3 I get the usual tool bar (File, Edit, View, Folder, ....) at the top. But all of the subheads (except for those under Help) are greyed out.

    Can someone please tell me what I may be doing wrong? Thanks. .... wdc

    Wat it working before, or is this a new install? If it was working before, you could try a System Restore to a time when it was working. If not, a reinstall might be in order.

    Do you have a photo upload, or open? If not, the sub menus are always grayed out.
