Install freeze
I get to "making sure you're ready to install" and the install hangs, although nothing seems to be frozen.
I'm trying to install to my laptop via a DVD I d/l.

Is there a qualifying OS on that computer?

Yes, Win7 Home. It will finally get to the point that a message will say to try and reinstall which I've done several times. Thanks
