Video Driver
I have Windows 7, 64 bit; HP Pavilion dv6-6047cl. When do you advise to update a video driver & how do I determine that I need to do so.
Your advise and comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DarElls

If it's working you don't need to update it. As we say here "it if ain't broke, don't fix it."

My laptop: HP Pavilion DV6-6047cl is having display issues - often it states Windows has recovered the problem, but I do not know why. I am having this problem more often now. I am wondering if the Video card needs replaced? It talks about ADM driver, which is not correct. I have an Intel Chip, but have a Video card that is an Intel, but can be combined with an ADM. How do I find out the problem and how to correct this? Any ideas or links would be helpful.

I think you mean AMD, not ADM.
Did you look at the HP support site?
