Mail labels

Outlook 2013.
I have mail that i want & get everyday ,but it is labeled BULK.
How do i get it to change to regular mail ?

This appears to be an ongoing issue. If you are still having problems with this, we need additional information on what you have tried that has not worked, and what, if any, error messages or issues you have encountered when trying any of the suggested methods to resolve the issue.

Also, what happens if, BEFORE retrieving a day's e-mail messages using OUtlook, you log into your your e-mail account's web mail interface using a web browser (not Outlook). Do the new e-mails that have not yet been retrieved by Outlook show a Bulk tag in the subject? If the answer to that is Yes, then your ISP or e-mail provider is tagging the e-mails, and you will need to change the spam filter settings on their side or add the e-mail address or domain to their allowed senders list (white list).
