    No to both. It says it found the web sites but it hangs waiting for a response I figure. Any site I type in gives the same response.

    Did you restart your router? What is the make/model of the router?

    You need to check if you have a valid IP, gateway and DNS server.

    Go to Start - Run and enter CMD
    In the Command Prompt, type ipconfig > c:\ipconfig.txt
    Since you can't connect to the Internet, copy c:\ipconfig.txt to a flash drive
    connect the flash drive to your working computer
    copy/paste ipconfig.txt and post it here
