Resolved [RESOLVED] Is there a MSCONFIG?

Hi All, ................ In my Win 8.1 computer I keep looking for what in earlier systems was called MSCONFIG. One of its tabs was Start which, by selection, controlled what appeared at start up. I have been unable to eliminate a screen for a program which I might use every two weeks. Any suggestions?

Yes, although it's called Task Manager...

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

There is an msconfig, but the Startup tab says "To manage startup items, use the Startup section of Task Manager".
You can still use msconfig for Services or Boot options.
